A very traditional and conservative small family business. The compensation (2XK) and benefits (everything is strictly limited) are also extremely conservative. There is no possibility of a raise or promotion. The boss always says the company is not making money, but everyone can see that the company’s orders keep increasing... even with all the overtime being worked... Working here will make you question your own value.
