1. The boss often says, “Is this really that difficult? I could get it done myself in an hour or two.”

2. He often agrees to things with clients first and only then asks about the project schedule, ultimately forcing the technical team to work overtime every day.

3. Every project is still outsourced. We have to communicate with the outsourcers after work, and even when an outsourcer is found, they may not necessarily have experience with the relevant technology.

4. The boss often says that he will handle it, that this is the right way to do it, or that he has confirmed it with the client. But when we actually check with the client, it turns out not to be the case at all. At that point, the boss says, “We misunderstood what they meant.”??????????
