1. Weekly drinks, monthly snacks
2. Not many rules and restrictions
3. Plenty of bonuses for top performers

Poor management, with no SOPs or processes at all. The company and its employees are young, and basically there is no one leading the way. If you are a recent graduate looking to learn about processes and gain experience, this company is not particularly recommended. However, if you are simply looking for a job, then it does not really matter.
Although the company has a young workforce, communication between departments is not close. Basically, everyone in the office will message each other rather than speak in person. You should assess whether the company culture suits you.
The boss is very easygoing.
