Pros
Through everyone’s efforts, the company received ISO 22176, GMP, Halal certification, and the National Quality Standard SNQ certification in 2019. This has been the greatest growth and learning experience for everyone this year. Thanks to the boss for the support and encouragement. I believe next year will be even better.
Cons
I hope we can expand the factory facilities so we can take on more orders.
