The boss is indecisive, and company policies are frequently changed. When there is a shortage of staff, the boss insists on not hiring anyone, but once things stabilize, they want to increase staffing. Cooperative projects that are nearly finalized may suddenly be canceled depending on the boss’s mood. There are no full-time administrative, human resources, or accounting staff; the boss handles these duties personally or assigns them to other employees. Even when calculating payroll personally, the boss still makes salary calculation errors. The boss has strong opinions, but expects employees to act first and then criticizes them afterward. The boss is very concerned about personnel costs and does not want employees to work overtime, but when something comes up unexpectedly, they may ask you to leave early or work overtime on your day off. Part-time employees are used as full-time employees, while full-time employees are treated as if they are under a duty-based compensation system. The company does not want to enroll short-term part-time employees in labor and health insurance, yet expects them to have the attitude of full-time employees.
