The HR staff were very polite

The interview was scheduled for around 10:30.

However, HR told me that the previous interview had not finished yet and asked me to wait.

I ended up waiting until 11:30,

and eventually left without having the interview at all.

Although I was notified in advance,

that was still far too long to wait!

They later called to explain,

saying that the previous candidate had arrived late.

Even so, they should have ended that interview on time,

rather than making someone who arrived on time wait for an hour,

wasting their time.
