A company that looks very much like a startup or foreign-owned company on the surface, but actually isn’t.

They don't pay people and have been involved in labor disputes. The managers and boss are all emotional and immature. Go in and experience it for yourself. The pay is terrible, and there is hardly any benefits system. This company really likes hiring young people, claiming that they don't like old hands, but I think experienced people simply wouldn't join.
