1. Only working on holidays can be compensated with time off in lieu (overtime pay cannot be requested). All other work is treated as part of the job responsibilities, so there is no overtime pay or compensatory leave for overtime on weekdays or holidays.
2. You work excessive amounts of overtime.
3. The company has no experienced managers. Those who want to learn how to organize exhibitions should think twice.
