The benefits keep getting worse. The salary deduction for being late used to not apply for the first 30 minutes, but they are planning to remove the 30-minute grace period with no deduction.

Overtime must be at least one full hour before you can apply for it, and it can only start being counted at 17:30.

There are many restrictions on applying for overtime. If you do not work overtime, they say you are too idle and refuse to hire more staff.

They also keep messaging you on LINE during holidays, asking you to do various things, and overtime applications may still be rejected.

The company has surveillance cameras. The boss likes to watch the cameras and ask why you are chatting with others, even when you are actually discussing work matters. They jump to conclusions without understanding the situation. They pressure people to work overtime; even eating a snack that takes only one bite is called slacking off and deliberately trying to claim overtime pay.

They are extremely fond of dismissing people, especially before year-end bonuses or company trips. Someone is dismissed every month.

Many people are even fired after working only a few days.

Employees are required to help with try-ons. Anyone who refuses will be spoken about very negatively.

They use you and then discard you. Once they decide you have no value, they will find any excuse to tell you to leave. If a supervisor does not constantly speak on the company’s behalf, but instead helps explain the situation for employees (based on the actual circumstances, not to protect them), they are dismissed immediately because management believes talent is easy to find.

Ninety-nine percent of what the company says is a lie. They tell outsiders that we never do paid promotions, but in reality they do: they send underwear to various internet influencers and ask them to introduce the products and say good things about them.

It is a one-party dictatorship; everything is decided by a few people at the top, and there is no room for anyone else to speak.

After working for so long, this is the first company I have encountered that leaves me so speechless. I sincerely recommend that anyone considering interviewing here think it over very carefully.
