A blood-curdling example! The day before yesterday, the company hired a social media video designer. After only two days, and having edited just one video, they immediately rejected her and dismissed her that same day. There was absolutely no prior training and no support for new employees. Most importantly, she was a foreign applicant with work-visa issues, so dismissing her suddenly and without any warning was extremely inhumane.

Most ironically, the managers concealed the fact that she was about to be dismissed and waited until the end of the workday, after she had finished editing the video, to tell her to leave. Although this may not technically be a legal issue, it exposed their ugly, selfish, and completely unempathetic side.

If you are considering joining this company, think very carefully.
