Xindian Headquarters, Customer Service and Repair Department — learned how to survive in a workplace environment full of deception and intrigue
They look for someone behind your back and then fire you without warning. The work processes and training system are inadequate, with no SOPs; conflicting directives lead to wasted effort, and there is no way to handle unreasonable customers. There is almost no repair capability. Once high-priced products are out of warranty, they cannot be repaired, making it easy to be blasted by customers. Most people there are entrenched senior employees whom you cannot afford to offend. The team leader monitors your every move. Colleagues seem harmonious on the surface, but there are hidden dangers underneath, so you cannot let your guard down. A certain PM is exceptionally skilled at passing the buck, so asking is tantamount to asking in vain. Even turning on the air conditioning draws complaints from everyone; the temperature swings hot and cold. The work environment is cramped, making entry and exit inconvenient and seriously affecting office work. The location is remote, with little to eat nearby. For several days each month, employees take turns serving as janitors and cleaners. Upon joining, you are also required to submit the identification documents of two (relatives or friends) guarantors.
