Claiming the title of wanting to become the e-commerce leader
It is truly unbelievably toxic inside. The managers do nothing but slack off and observe people. They say they won’t distinguish between regular employees and dispatched workers, but they are the ones who make the clearest distinction. They treat dispatched workers as if they were thieves, sow discord, engage in workplace bullying, and mock employees privately. For people they like, nothing they do matters; for people they dislike, even the smallest issue gets blown out of proportion. No matter how hard you work, they always nitpick. I advise anyone considering working here: if you have a better job opportunity, take it…
