The office is very new.

The supervisor has anger management issues and frequently yells and screams. Even people from other departments are afraid of them.

Basically, whenever someone makes a mistake, the supervisor gives them a hard time, and they are also very rude when speaking. The atmosphere in the other departments sharing the same office is cheerful, while our corner is filled with tension.

I said in the middle of the month that I would work until the end of the month, but the night before the schedule was made, they emailed to say that I would not be scheduled for any shifts before my last day and only needed to go in on my last day to complete the formalities. In other words, they prevented me from working and still made me make an extra trip specifically for this.

The company has no systems in place and also has a very serious hierarchy. I heard that one department’s year-end bonus is calculated based on their full salary, while other departments’ bonuses are calculated based on their base salary.
