As long as you're good at flattery, you can happily "pocket" your salary, while upper management "flatters each other" and subordinates tacitly understand one another (after staying long enough, your brain is already "disabled").
A breeding ground for the Peter principle, nurturing redundant and incompetent managers. If you think you're talented and highly capable, coming here will likely either get you killed by incompetents or laughed at 💩. Those who are content to go through the motions and coast until retirement—and HR personnel of the same disposition—should be very welcome to join. Subordinates merely go through the motions and cannot learn new skills. When talented people bring in new technologies and innovations, if they leave the feeble-minded upper management unable to keep up... just proactively pack your bags and go home to open a profile on 104.
