The company sent the interview invitation themselves. When I called, they answered, so I introduced myself and said how I had received the notification email they had sent. After listening, the person on the other end seemed to have no intention of responding. After a few seconds, they asked, “What position are you applying for?” I replied, “(After stating the position) You’re the ones who sent the invitation to me.” Then they asked my name again and told me, “Just reply directly to the email. We don’t know which days you’re available.” (That’s why I called in the first place==It would be fine if they just asked me to reply by email, but what was with that attitude??)
