Pros

Cons
1. Equipment must be provided by the employee.
2. Focuses on back-end service applications, while the development process lacks proper planning and execution.
3. Apart from the company’s own back-end services, everything else is primarily outsourced. If a new hire’s role involves taking over an outsourced project, it is recommended to consider the position carefully.
