Pros
The junior engineering staff are leaving quickly, so it’s easy to get along with people.
Cons
Customer service does not guarantee 14 months of salary. There is no overtime pay for overseas business trips, and work often continues until almost midnight. During overseas business trips, working 20 consecutive days without rest is the norm. The travel allowance is 400 domestically and 900 overseas. The sales team helps the company exploit junior employees.
