The managers here are basically all useless—mostly long-serving old-timers who have been here for over twenty years. They never say anything when decisions are being made. In particular, the procurement manager is not only incompetent; if you offend him, he will definitely look for an opportunity to ruin you. The place is full of old-timers and many narrow-minded people. If that group went to other companies, basically no one would want them—they're far too useless. By the way, the pay is also very poor.
