I just passed my probationary period. The company is fairly large internally, and its processes are relatively complex.

Working hours are very punctual: 8:00–17:30.

There is a gym available for exercise, open after work.

The supervisors are quite nice, and there is an employee welfare store.

The assistant's work is very straightforward and not difficult.

There are many rules, so there is relatively little flexibility.

The workday starts relatively early, so you have to leave home earlier.
