The manager was friendly and approachable during the interview.
They gave the interviewee a great deal of freedom to express their work experience.
HR cuts candidates' salaries without hesitation.
For a job with highly similar responsibilities, you would have to move to this company.

They even told the interviewee, "We are a good stepping stone here.
You can come in, keep a low profile for a while, and then move on to a better position."
This is the first time I have heard this kind of sales pitch.
