The job is graphic design, but I was assigned to the Marketing Department. Internal communication is poor, and projects are always rushed. Most importantly, you must become competent in the job within one month; otherwise, without notice, you may be told to pack up and leave that same day, and may even be pressured to fill out a voluntary resignation form.
