Seeing the food production process was quite novel.
You are not given annual leave after completing six months;
base salary is underreported for labor and health insurance;
on government-mandated make-up workdays, employees are forced to take leave and have it deducted;
no matter how long you work there, annual leave is capped at 12 days, and you are also limited to taking only a certain number of annual leave days per month—any excess will result in a pay deduction;
even unused leave cannot be converted into salary. Even if you request annual leave several months in advance, if the company later schedules work,
you may still be berated and asked why you chose to take leave at that time.
Managers require you to work overtime but say they will neither provide compensatory leave nor pay you, claiming that you are under a responsibility-based work arrangement.
Labor laws are treated as whatever the boss says goes;
management has extremely poor emotional control, and company policies change constantly;
they allow favored insiders to shirk their work onto subordinates and evade responsibility;
I deeply regret joining this company.
