They called to ask about some things before the interview and asked whether I could talk on the phone for a bit. They then started asking about the contents of the questionnaire, as if it were an exam, asking me to explain the answers I had provided. The problem was that all 10 questions on the questionnaire were short-answer questions, so it was impossible for me to answer everything 100% correctly just because they asked. One of the questions they asked had three answers. After asking about it, they stayed silent for five seconds and then asked, “What about your last point? You didn’t explain your last answer.” It felt as though I were actually being tested in an exam, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. The other person kept asking questions from beginning to end, making them seem quite aggressive and pushy. I found the whole thing rather baffling.
