Pros

The benefits are okay

A major brand

Cons

Sometimes you even have to pay out of pocket for work to proceed smoothly, and occasionally you may end up losing money.

1. It is difficult for the departments to cooperate properly. Because they are afraid of being held responsible, their first reaction when something happens is to shift the blame.

2. Colleagues generally get along reasonably well, but relationships tend to be superficial. People who dislike flattering others may find it more difficult to get things done.

3. People often request high-specification product exposure, but provide no budget.

4. Company policy prohibits using messaging software at work to discuss work-related matters; communication and announcements can only be handled by email.

5. If you request additional hardware or software equipment to improve work efficiency and convenience, the matter will likely end without resolution. You may even be criticized, and the result will be that you get nothing—while still having to find resources on your own.

6. (This is the most mentally and physically exhausting part.) There is no such thing as an SOP for handling work. Every day is spent dealing with urgent incidents caused by certain people or situations, so work schedules can never proceed smoothly. In the end, you can only work overtime to handle your actual responsibilities.

7. There are quite a lot of people who put on an act and make a show of things, which makes it difficult to simply do your job properly.

8. Regardless of who you are, everyone has to support every company-organized event, even if it has nothing to do with your actual work. Even when an event takes place on a holiday, you must overcome all obstacles to attend. Sometimes you are notified at the last minute, but you still cannot skip it because of social pressure.

10. A completely duty-based system with no limits on responsibility or working hours.

11. Whether the work in your hands can proceed smoothly depends entirely on luck, because some people will reject things simply because they are in a bad mood.

12. Some teammates are basically just riding along without contributing.
