The company’s benefits system is good.
The salary is good.
I’ve heard that a certain manager is extremely emotional, to the point of emotional manipulation, making interactions with them truly suffocating.
1. When emotionally unstable, they throw laptops, pencil cases, slam doors, and so on.
2. In the morning, they might slap you twice, then in the afternoon pat you on the head and say, “You performed very well.”
3. You have to monitor their emotions constantly to avoid becoming a target.
4. If you upset them, there is a good chance they will ignore you and treat you as invisible for the entire day.
5. They deny all of their subordinates’ abilities and believe that only they are right.
6. Regarding the company’s benefits system, they arbitrarily modify it for their subordinates based on what they believe is most appropriate.
7. They divide the company team and enjoy speaking ill of others.
As for whether they are capable, I will refrain from commenting.
Best wishes to everyone who is about to become this manager’s subordinate. Take care.
