The boss won’t constantly keep an eye on you.
They like hiring recent graduates because they are easier to manage.
1. The boss is not a designer, but imposes their own aesthetic standards on the designers without understanding current trends.
2. Designers take their direction from the requirement forms handled by the sales team. These forms include the style and primary colors that clients want, etc. However, if a salesperson has a good relationship with a client, they may personally ask the designer to add certain features for that client.
3. On average, each person has three projects RUNNING at any given time every day, so they need to be completed the same day. If they are not completed, even more work accumulates the next day.
