As long as you don't go along with their wishes, you should be prepared to leave. The entire company is centered around procurement, and procurement can decide company policies, the direction of e-commerce, marketing plans, design styles, and even require each department to do what that department is supposed to do. As soon as you resist, you're immediately blacklisted. After procuring one or two hot-selling products, they act as if they're incredibly capable of ordering everyone else around, as though the company could survive on those two products alone.

Every time procurement makes a purchase, they have to ask for opinions from the entire company. Even when everyone says a product really won't sell, they still insist on bringing it in. What's the point of asking? After it arrives and can't be sold, they blame marketing, the channels, and design—anything but themselves.

The company doesn't trust professional expertise. If you give an opinion, you'll be snapped at and blacklisted; if you don't, they'll accuse you of forming a small group in secret to oppose the company. Are they paranoid or something?

When I joined, I heard them proudly saying that they had driven out a certain colleague. But after checking the historical performance records, that colleague was clearly the top performer. During one lunch break, I even heard them say things like, “So what if his performance was good? I just wanted to target him. I simply didn't like him. He deserved what happened to him.”

I couldn't stay any longer. Anyone thinking of joining should think it over and read the other comments. I couldn't even find anything to say in the company's defense. As for the person who claims to be a manager, well, take what she says with a grain of salt—she's really good at talking.
