1. Employee purchase prices
2. Those who want to claim unemployment benefits
1. Specifically choosing weekends, holidays, or after-work hours to discuss performance with employees, sometimes even in the middle of the night
2. Confirm the salary and bonus system before starting the job (the bonus system is especially important)
3. The company’s systems are inadequate. For example, even confirmation of hiring does not come with a formal offer letter, and the salary structure must be clarified
4. Employees do not stay for more than six months; the average is 2–3 months (during my employment, I saw at least three termination notices issued)
5. The company is related by marriage to Qmomo. From time to time, it uses the other company’s policies to pressure employees to follow suit, despite the huge difference in company size (especially in terms of benefits...)
6. Many job duties not discussed during the interview are added after starting the job, and some of them differ somewhat from the original position
7. Suspicious, overly sensitive, and impulsive senior managers
8. Senior managers have no vision or ideas for the company’s future development—or perhaps they have too many ideas, resulting in frequent changes to the company’s goals
