A very human company, in the negative sense of the term. For example, there is a fear of not handling things properly. One morning, I came to the office early, and not long after entering, someone frowned and complained about why I had not unlocked the access control at Zhongxing in the morning. Unlocking it was not the issue; the point was that, over such a minor matter, what senior colleagues conveyed was fear.

Another issue is the lack of a normal attitude toward life. This is the place where I have seen the most people work until their mouths smelled terrible—yes, they basically did not drink water, and by the afternoon you would suddenly be bombarded by a bunch of bad odors. In fact, they also seemed completely insensitive to ordinary people's needs. For example, the air-conditioning temperature was set to an absurdly low level. After being exposed to it for several days, I would wake up at home with a stabbing pain shooting up from my spine, only for my colleagues to say that my body was weak.

As for instances of people abusing their power, there is even less to say. Because someone had an issue with me, they did not discuss it with me at all and instead directly handed me a document for involuntary resignation.
