Daily pay of 800, with 10–12 hours of work per day.
The company’s management and supervisors are extremely unreasonable, and they often verbally abuse administrative staff.
The work is extremely tedious. In addition to cleaning the office every day, administrative staff are also required to peel fruit for the supervisor, wash water bottles, and pour tea. Administrative staff must specifically go out during their lunch break to buy the supervisor’s lunch, clean up after the supervisor finishes eating, and wash and return the bowls and utensils.
Although the position is administrative, it also involves working as a scooter courier. Employees are required to deliver goods from morning until night, and after completing the deliveries, they must return to the office and continue handling clerical work until everything is finished.
Work is still assigned after the scheduled end of the workday, and employees are required to complete it. There is effectively no limit to the workload.
Employees work overtime every day, almost always working the full 12 hours. They are never able to leave work on time, there are no breaks during the workday, and no overtime pay is provided.
This is completely unacceptable. Please avoid this position to protect your rights.
