Everyone in the company revolves around the Korean general manager. The general manager frequently changes decisions on a whim, meetings have no clear objectives or focus on improvement, and are limited to endless nitpicking. The systems for finance and human resources all have loopholes. If performance targets are not met, employees will be driven out. There are many manual processes, and compared with the brand’s glamorous exterior, the company lacks the import-export expertise and professionalism of an international enterprise. The overall employee caliber is not high, and there are many barriers to communication.
