Pros
The supervisor had a good attitude and gave a very detailed introduction to the factory premises, cafeteria, and other areas.
Cons
Applying for a managerial position
Monday through Friday includes (at least) 12 hours of unpaid overtime
On Saturdays, you basically (you really have to) work overtime; overtime pay is provided
I really admire that anyone can still put up with this kind of quality of life
