The impression of the front desk was extremely bad.
When I first entered, she was on the phone. Even after seeing me, she made no gesture or acknowledgment and acted as if she hadn't seen me. Instead, a male passerby directed me to sit on the sofa first.
The front-desk employee stayed on the phone for a very long time, sitting with one leg crossed over the other on the chair. It was very unprofessional.
The male passerby had already completed the ID card replacement for me in front of her. After finishing her call, she continued trying to help me replace my ID card. I told her it had already been done, and she arrogantly took back the ID card replacement registration form, then left me waiting off to the side again. Even if she needed a long time to check the information, couldn't she have acknowledged me first?
After more than twenty minutes, she finally had time to direct me to the small interview room. She shouted to me instead of walking over to guide me, and simply pointed with her hand to indicate that I should enter the room.
The experience felt extremely bad. I've been to more than one or two interviews, and this was the first time I'd encountered a front-desk employee like this. Isn't the front desk the company's public face?! It was truly embarrassing.
