None at all. Interviewees, please do not try lightly.
Ten years ago, I had just graduated with a master’s degree in the United States. During the interview, the boss said in a sarcastic, colloquial tone that 25K would be pretty good. Although I was accepted, I ultimately didn’t go. Recently, I saw a job posting on 104, and the salary is still only 26K—there has been no progress at all. No wonder the company doesn’t make money. I’ve grown to 70K. Could you please try harder? This is a company that bullies newcomers. The company is made up entirely of family members, so there is no opportunity for promotion. Please consider this before interviewing—unless you live in Shenkeng. The location is really terrible, and the boss’s attitude is also very poor.
