First, they send you a long, stinky, meaningless psychological test that wastes your time.
Then, it takes a very, very long time before you receive an interview notification.
At the interview, you have to complete three more meaningless test papers in just 30 minutes, and they even ask what corporate charity activities you have participated in.
The interview is conducted by one HR person who asks you template questions like a robot.
They also casually write notes in the blank spaces of the information you provided (do they think students are copying notes?).
It was extremely unprofessional, and the process ended before I even got to meet the hiring manager.
From beginning to end, they treated applicants like idiots and messed with them.
Although I had heard about this company's reputation long ago,
it wasn't until I went there myself that I realized how absurd it really was.
Unless you actually live nearby, don't waste your time helping them boost their performance.
