This place is also pretty awful... The interviewer even looks at whether your zodiac sign is compatible with theirs to decide whether you’re suitable for the job, and asks how late you’re willing to work overtime, which makes it feel like they want you to work yourself to death. The work environment is fairly good; other than that, I don’t know what advantages there are.
