The colleagues are all very friendly, and the boss is an upright person who treats employees well. Although it is a family business, it is led by professional managers.
Usually, you can leave work on time. The workplace atmosphere is good, and the company provides lunch.
Cons
Low salary, few raises, and not many opportunities for career development. Suitable for taking it easy until retirement.
