SHIATZY CHEN_夏姿服飾有限公司
Pros

The only benefit I heard about was that the company has an employee cafeteria providing meals.

Cons

Interview questions:

Self-introduction

However, because the interview was held in the lobby, I felt it was very casual. The security guard outside was separated by glass, and the receptionist was sitting nearby watching me interview 😆

The written test consisted of 10 grammar questions.

I answered according to my own English ability.

I admit that my English grammar is really quite poor, so I only got half of them right.

Maybe that’s why the interview was just hastily conducted (that’s just my opinion).

Interview process:

The location in Wugu was not very convenient to get to.

(The interview was held directly in the lobby.)

Before the interview, I first completed a 10-question English grammar test.

Then there was a self-introduction, an explanation of the job duties, and questions about and discussion of my previous work.

Later, a visitor arrived (in the lobby), so you can imagine how strange it was.

Questions about company benefits and salary were discussed and then hastily glossed over.

The interview lasted less than 10 minutes.

As for the other systems and benefits, honestly, I didn’t hear them very clearly because the interviewer said she wasn’t very familiar with the back-office staff-related matters?!

Interview advice:

I really don’t have much advice to offer.

The company didn’t really give a direct response to the questions I asked about its systems and benefits.

As for the actual job duties, honestly, you really have to work at the company to understand the entire SOP and operating procedures and overcome the blind spots.

Also, visitors may need to be received, so the interview was hastily wrapped up.

The company should improve its systems and benefits and broaden its scale and perspective

before it can approach the international market, I suppose.

Asking one person to improve the systems and their related issues

is basically the typical mindset of small Taiwanese companies.
