The office building has dedicated cleaning staff, and the restrooms are kept in good condition.
(1) The Boss
The boss tells employees in meetings that the bonus system is open and transparent, with all bonuses distributed according to the system. In reality, this is not the case, and bonuses are often made to disappear. There are many underhanded tactics, and as employees, we can only be angry and dare not speak up.
The boss arbitrarily changes employees’ break times and leave arrangements simply to isolate employees he dislikes.
During working hours, the boss’s phone occasionally plays sounds at full volume. In addition to online videos, it also plays what sounds like pornographic videos.
On the surface, he chats with you and shows concern for you, but in reality, he is fishing for information, embellishing it, and spreading false rumors. Once he has finished spreading the rumors, he stops pretending and openly begins isolating you.
(2) Workload
The company gives employees a heavy workload: routine administrative work, graphic design work involving image editing and material production, daily customer service responses, planning marketing campaigns, warehouse work, and even, without offering a pay raise, requiring employees to take on the workload of sales staff.
(3) Systems
The company’s systems are extremely inadequate. It develops products without first conducting market research or defining a target audience. The boss arbitrarily developed a backpack and asked employees to sell it; when sales were poor, he would only question employees: “Where is the problem?”
Summary:
The company is like a headless fly, with authority overriding expertise.
Applicants considering interviewing with this company should think carefully.
