During the interview, the manager said that the company was the most willing in the industry to hire fresh graduates, which was indeed very appealing to me.

I received the interview result very quickly.

The interview took the entire morning, from 10:00 to 12:30, and still had not ended even when the employees had taken their break. The process and a long series of tests were not mentioned beforehand either. The most exhausting interview experience⋯

The interviewing manager was dressed quite casually (sloppily), and could not give a direct answer about the actual duties of the position. They kept talking about the company’s business philosophy. During the interview, they said things like, “I’ll do whatever makes you happy”⋯ (shocked)!!!

Although I don’t have much work experience, you can sense a company’s atmosphere from the interview process with the manager ^_^
