The salary is pretty good

Before joining the company, you will be asked to sign a contract.
Regarding the salary, it states: The monthly salary includes the basic salary, tax expenses, and compensation for overtime work.
In other words, the monthly salary already includes overtime pay.
Regardless of how many hours of overtime you work that month, you receive the same amount every month.
The leave system section states “compensatory leave.”
In practice, you can only take compensatory leave when you work on-site for setup on a public holiday.
Overtime on weekdays and holidays cannot be compensated with leave, and no overtime pay is provided.
Those considering working for this company should read the contract carefully
and make sure they can accept this type of work arrangement.
