Pros:

1. Close to the MRT station!

2. They often invite credit card companies to set up booths, because project clients are very likely to get approved for cards (but the employee welfare committee supervisor has resigned, so things may start going downhill)

HR, engineers, legal staff, and senior employees have all left recently ( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )⋯What should this company do??

【People】

The boss—the chairman—is a somewhat old-fashioned older man.

Even if you have innovative ideas, as long as he is dissatisfied, he thinks his own ideas are the best.

Then he lectures you or the sales staff.

He often walks around the office.

When you are on the phone, he listens beside you to what you are saying.

If he is dissatisfied with the content of the phone conversation, he will “intervene” and instruct you on what to do.

The boss’s wife

She is terrifying when scolding people; her voice often carries from the last office all the way to the front.

But she says that she has a good temper herself (??) and that emotions should not be brought into work matters.

I heard from colleagues that when there are anonymous negative posts online, she randomly grabs employees to ask whether they wrote them. Oh my god, is this the White Terror?!

The turnover rate is very high. The salespeople there are quite stupid and very bad at adapting; they need others to help with everything. Even those who have worked there for many years⋯still cannot do the most basic tasks. Maybe they were never taught the fundamentals properly.

In short, this place is basically a gathering spot for a bunch of useless old people to coast through retirement.

As for the “place” (because many of the people in the departments were poached as entire teams from other companies).

Oh, and after making photocopies here, you have to hurry to the copier to retrieve the paper. Otherwise, your colleagues will watch you, and your supervisors will watch you too (saying something about personal information being at risk of leaking?? Come on, it’s really hilarious. If you don’t pick it up after printing, the old-timers will even publicly chew you out.)

& You can’t wear canvas shoes or T-shirts from Monday to Thursday ^_^

Also, if you are very afraid of cockroaches, don’t apply.

Here, just tapping inside the phone can make four or five baby cockroaches fall out. If you eat hot food at your desk, the cockroaches will smell the food and come rushing out, scaring you to death!

The water dispenser at the back of the fourth floor has had no cold water (only scalding warm water and hot water) for many years, and they still haven’t fixed it.

Only the third floor (which has no restroom) and the reception area on the fourth floor have properly functioning water dispensers.
