Pros:

1. Close to the MRT station!

2. Credit card companies are often invited to set up booths because project clients can easily get approved for cards (but the welfare committee supervisor has resigned, so things may start going downhill)

HR, engineers, legal staff, and senior employees have all left in waves ( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )⋯What is this company supposed to do??

The boss—the chairman—is a somewhat old-fashioned older man.

Even if you have innovative ideas, as long as he is dissatisfied, he will think his own ideas are the best.

Then he lectures you or the sales staff.

He often walks around the office.

When you are on the phone, he listens beside you to hear what you are saying.

If he is dissatisfied with the content of the phone conversation, he will “intervene” and instruct you on what to do.

The boss’s wife

She is terrifying when scolding people; her voice often carries from the last office all the way to the front.

But she says she has a good temper herself (??) and that emotions should not be brought into work.

I heard from coworkers that when there are anonymous negative posts online, she randomly grabs employees to ask whether they wrote them. Oh my god—is this the White Terror?!

The turnover rate is very high. The salespeople there are really stupid and very bad at adapting; they need others to help with everything, even those who have worked there for many years⋯They cannot even do the basics. Maybe they were not taught the fundamentals properly either.

In short, this place is basically a gathering spot for a bunch of useless old people to coast through retirement.

The workplace culture is like this because many people in the departments were poached as entire teams from other companies.

Oh, and after making photocopies here, you have to quickly go get the papers from the copier, otherwise your coworkers—and even the supervisors—will keep an eye on you (they say they are worried about personal data being leaked?? Please, it is really hilarious. If you do not collect your copies after printing, the veterans will still chew you out.)

& From Monday to Thursday, you cannot wear cloth shoes or T-shirts ^_^

Also, if you are extremely afraid of cockroaches, do not apply.

Here, if you tap inside the telephone, four or five baby cockroaches will fall out. If you eat hot food at your desk, the cockroaches will smell the aroma and come rushing out, scaring you half to death!

The water dispenser at the back of the fourth floor has had no cold water for many years (only scalding warm water and hot water that will burn you), and it still has not been repaired.

Only the third floor (which has no restroom) and the reception area on the fourth floor have normal water dispensers.
