Except for the boss, all the other colleagues are very genuine, and there is not much backstabbing or intrigue.
1. The company has been declining, and despite ongoing financial difficulties, it continues hiring and then laying people off. There is no year-end bonus.
2. Although employees are told they can flexibly choose an 8:30 or 9:00 start time, the boss actually dislikes seeing people leave promptly at 17:30, unless they have no choice because of family or children.
3. Brazenly underreporting salaries to reduce costs.
4. No commissions for sales.
