This post was submitted by a user and reflects their personal experience or opinion. The publication date is not an employment or interview date.
The interview was conducted alone in a small room, with air conditioning and tea provided.
1. The surroundings are quiet and transportation is convenient.
2. Located in an office building with security guards downstairs, although a group of people smoke by the entrance.
3. The space is large, clean, and bright.
4. Annual leave, personal leave, and sick leave are provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, with no other benefits.
They did not review my résumé beforehand, so because the compensation they could offer did not meet the requirements stated in my cover letter, we both ended up wasting our time.
1. Uniforms are required, the atmosphere is dull, and entry and exit times are strictly controlled.
2. If you really leave too late or work a shift on a holiday, you must apply in advance for compensatory leave.
3. The technology is relatively outdated and has not been systematized or standardized into processes. (HR also complained that there are a lot of bugs.)
4. When discussing the company's situation, HR's and the technical staff's accounts did not line up, although I later clarified the matter.
Interview process: HR introduction > technical written test > technical interview > salary discussion with HR (if you pass this stage, an interview with the boss will be arranged)
They said that they are just a small company, and that my current salary was probably higher than that of even the managers and senior engineers there. They then impatiently muttered on for a while, even though it was still below the upper limit stated in the job posting. Moreover, I had clearly stated my current salary and expected compensation in both my cover letter and résumé. HR was highly unprofessional.
