The HR staff were very friendly, and meals were provided.
This company treats its employees like garbage.
From the interview until I started working, my supervisor kept complaining that the previous employee couldn't learn the reports, made mistakes, and brought in incorrect data. He was doing the work of two people by himself, then said he was worried, so he hoped I could work part-time for one or two weeks first and switch to a full-time position if everything went well. Since I had studied this field and had both knowledge and confidence in it, I accepted. Even though he taught the reports very quickly and carelessly (no wonder the previous person couldn't learn them), I learned and understood all the reports I was supposed to learn in a week after only three days of work. I also worked very hard to help my supervisor compare and correct the incorrect data brought over by the previous employee (one report file every day, with dozens of items in each file brought over from various other reports). Then, on the afternoon of the third day, he told me that I had picked things up very quickly and that he had a general understanding of my situation, so I didn't need to work part-time for two weeks. Someone else would be coming the following week to "try it," so I only worked until the next day.
It was obvious that there was nothing wrong with my abilities or attitude. They simply treated me like garbage, which was completely different from what they said in the interview. Terrible company.
