Nothing to do

There are too many condescending older women who use their seniority as an excuse, only putting down younger people. After learning just a superficial amount about product displays, they act as if they are teachers and mislead students by teaching them all sorts of wrong things. Even when they teach something incorrectly, they stubbornly argue that the handouts were written wrong??? They are constantly looking for faults and driving away new employees, making it impossible for the company to find staff. They are afraid of being replaced, and none of the colleagues ever reflect on themselves; they only blame the newcomers. The work atmosphere is extremely toxic.
