Colleagues are easy to get along with because everyone can (more or less) be considerate of one another thanks to the company culture and systems.
1. There is no training at all for new hires. The supervisors themselves are unclear about the situation, and there is no documentation to refer to. Each supervisor has a completely different management style, resulting in people who join at the same time having completely different levels of understanding and ramp-up times.
2. The starting salary is really low—NT$25,000 for fresh graduates. Unless you are extremely interested and highly able to withstand pressure (the closer it gets to the launch, the more work there is), this position is not recommended.
3. There is no unified system across departments, making it easy for departments to pass the buck and leaving responsibilities unclear. It is easy to end up taking the blame for no apparent reason.
4. The job description is completely different from the actual work, and there is limited opportunity to learn.
