Meals provided, three festival bonuses
It looks organized on the surface, but in reality it is not. It would be one thing if official documents were still sent on paper, but they also have to be respectfully delivered to each manager in person, and work cannot continue until they have all signed. The general manager is nowhere to be seen most of the time; all day long, they do nothing but deal with paperwork.
The employees responsible for Western cuisine serve Chinese meals that are greasy and overly salty. When asked to have the head chef improve them, they make a bunch of excuses and evade responsibility. Even getting a fried egg or stir-fried vegetables to replenish the food takes thirty minutes.
The head of the Administration Department often allows department leaders to do whatever they want while imposing strict rules on subordinates. They often ask subordinates to buy coffee, and when problems arise, they have no idea how to handle them and simply pass them off to other departments. The year-end bonus calculation base is not communicated to HR until the afternoon before the bonuses are paid. They are narrow-minded and extremely biased, and frequently stir up trouble by gossiping.
If you can avoid dealing with the managers mentioned above, the job may still be worth staying in. However, if one of them is your direct supervisor, think very carefully. That said, if you are a woman who is very confident about her appearance, the general manager should be quite willing to look after you.
