The company environment is good
The restrooms are clean
Good location
-Deceive new graduates
-The higher-ups are condescending. Once they say something, there is no room for discussion; they manage people without any empathy
-The probationary period is exploitative. Whether you pass depends entirely on the supervisor’s preferences. They do not try to retain you; if they do not like you, they pressure you to leave
-Using the so-called responsibility system as a reason, employees must complete assigned tasks even on holidays
-Office gossip is rampant, with verbal bullying and poor-quality colleagues
-During the probationary period, the salary is reduced to 90%, and the period is excluded from bonus calculations. There are no bonuses for overtime during the probationary period and no overtime pay
